Ricardo is a dedicated, resourceful, and driven individual who strives to help others achieve their goals.  He's a true testament of how determination, hard work, and perfect timing leads to success.  While playing in a church league, he was discovered by a coach who admired his skills and helped him obtain his first professional basketball job.  Since then his desire to succeed and attain goals has given him the opportunity to play professionally overseas in three different countries multiple times for various clubs.  His passion for teaching the youth the fundamentals of the game as well as the importance of preparation and planning, gives aspiring basketball players a glimpse of all the little things one must do to become successful.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of South Florida.
